Last Updated: July 17, 2026

Our Commitment

COI Compassion Orb Intelligence is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible and usable by everyone, including individuals with varying abilities. We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards and continuously work to improve the inclusivity of our digital experience.

Our platform is designed with the needs of users with visual impairments, motor disabilities, cognitive differences, and hearing impairments in mind. We believe that accessible design is not an afterthought but a fundamental principle that benefits all users.

Accessibility Features

We have integrated a range of accessibility features throughout the platform to support diverse user needs:

  • Large Touch Targets: All interactive elements, buttons, and controls meet minimum size requirements to accommodate users with limited dexterity or motor impairments.
  • High Contrast Text: Text and foreground elements maintain sufficient contrast ratios against backgrounds, ensuring readability for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.
  • Screen Reader Compatibility: The platform uses semantic HTML, proper ARIA landmarks, and descriptive labels to ensure full compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive features can be operated entirely via keyboard, with visible focus indicators and logical tab ordering throughout the interface.
  • Voice Control: Integration with voice navigation interfaces allows users to interact with the platform hands-free.
  • Motor-Steady Overlay: A specialized overlay mode that compensates for hand tremors and involuntary movements by stabilizing interactive elements and expanding click areas.
  • Sign Language Translation via Kinetic Echoes:Real-time sign language interpretation through our Kinetic Echoes module, translating spoken and written content into visual sign language for Deaf and hard-of-hearing users.

Known Limitations

While we are actively working toward full accessibility compliance, some features and areas of the platform are still in development:

  • Certain advanced interactive features and experimental modules are still being optimized for assistive technology compatibility.
  • Some third-party content, embedded media, or externally sourced resources may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We encourage users to report any barriers they encounter.
  • Some features described in our conceptual demonstrations represent future capabilities and may not yet be available in their fully accessible form.

We are committed to addressing these limitations through ongoing development, user testing with individuals who have disabilities, and regular accessibility audits.
